Yes! It’s ready to hang as soon as you open the box. On the back of each sign, you’ll find hanging wire and rubber stand-off bumpers to help position it and prevent scratches if it gets bumped or caught in the wind.

Yes! Each sign is sealed with a UV- and moisture-resistant clear coat that leaves a subtle satin sheen. Because these signs feature a handcrafted, well-worn texture, we recommend hanging them under partial cover to protect them from direct rain over prolonged periods.

Yes! We use premium, multi-layered plywood for stability and weather resistance. Since it's genuine, layered wood rather than lightweight composite or plastic, feel free to drill or mount your own custom hardware.

Orders typically arrive within 10 to 15 business days via standard mail, depending on your location within the lower 48 states.

Gently wipe the surface with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid chemical sprays and harsh household detergents which can strip the protective finish or warp wood over time.

Custom designs are currently closed for the season, but occasional openings do occur. Submit your idea via our Contact Us page, and we will get in touch if space opens up.

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives! If your order is damaged in transit, email us within 48 hours of delivery at OddLarkCo@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of:The damaged sign.The exterior shipping box and packaging materials (required for carrier insurance claims).Once verified, we will immediately craft and dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund. Claims reported after 48 hours make it difficult to file carrier insurance claims, but we understand life gets busy. However, claims or contact initiated after 14 days of delivery are not eligible for standard returns or refunds and will be evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Because all of our wooden decor signs are handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. We only issue replacements or refunds if your order arrives damaged during transit or if we sent the incorrect item.

No. Natural timber features (knots, grain patterns, minor cracks) and intentional rustic distressing (paint scuffs, edge chipping, rough-cut edges) are deliberate design elements crafted into our signs. These are not considered manufacturing defects or shipping damages. All signs will have variation and will look slightly different then in the original product picture.

Every sign is individually cut, sanded, painted, and hand-finished from real wood—never mass-produced from synthetic plastic or MDF.Because we work with wood, each piece features unique grain patterns, knot placements, subtle timber textures, and distinct absorption rates. Additionally, intentional rustic details—such as hand-applied paint scuffs, edge chipping, and rough-cut edges—vary naturally from piece to piece.These real wood traits and handcrafted variations are not defects; they ensure your sign is a one-of-a-kind piece of artisan decor.
