Shipping Policy

This policy outlines processing times, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and damage claim procedures for Odd Lark Goods.

1. Processing & Turnaround Times

Because all of our wooden decor signs are individually handcrafted in our workshop, production times vary based on item type:

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Made-to-Order & Custom Signs: Require a minimum of 1–2 weeks for cutting, sanding, staining/painting, hand-distressing, and proper curing before shipping.

• Peak & Halloween Seasons: Processing times may extend slightly during high-demand seasonal periods. Estimated dispatch dates will always be displayed on product pages and at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

• Carriers: We primary ship orders via USPS and UPS to ensure safe delivery.

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

3. Packaging & Safe Transit

Due to the solid nature of real wood, every sign is carefully wrapped and padded to safeguard corners and finished surfaces during transit.

4. Shipping Damages & Lost Packages

• Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at OddLarkCo@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged sign AND the exterior shipping box. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are out of our direct control. If your package appears stuck or lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist in opening a carrier search claim.
