2. Handmade Character, Rustic Distressing & Wood Variations

All of our decor signs are individually handcrafted from real wood. Because each piece is crafted to achieve an authentic, rustic aesthetic:

Natural Wood Features: Grain patterns, knots, subtle cracks, scrapes, timber scars, and minor variations in stain or paint absorption are inherent to natural wood and are expected characteristics of our signs.
Intentional Distressing & Scuffs: Paint scuffs, surface scrapes, intentional edge chipping, raw or rough-cut edges, and aged textures are deliberate design elements crafted into the product to give it a worn, vintage, or spooky character.
Handcrafted Uniqueness: Because these elements are applied by hand, no two signs will look completely identical. None of these natural or distressed features are considered manufacturing defects, damages, or quality flaws.

3. Orders & Custom Products

Pricing: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by technical glitches, pricing mistakes, or stock limitations.
Products and Custom Design: Personalized and or product orders are final sale once production begins. Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Copyright, Design Ownership & Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this website and across our sales channels and social media—including original sign designs, artwork layouts, product photographs, logos, brand graphics, and written copy—is the exclusive intellectual property of Odd Lark Goods.

No Reproduction or Imitation: Recreating, copying, or duplicating our sign designs—whether directly from physical products or by tracing, replicating, or mimicking designs shown in our photos and listings—is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, download, distribute, alter, derivative-craft, or use any of our images, graphic files, or original sign designs for personal remake, commercial production, digital resale, or display without prior written consent from Odd Lark Goods.

5. Limitation of Liability

Odd Lark Goods is not liable for any direct, indirect, or accidental damage resulting from the mounting, display, or use of our products. Our maximum financial liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the item.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines, damage claims (which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos), and standard 14-day returns are governed by our official FAQ & Return Policy.
